Price per oz, this is more affordable than Walmart's Equate brand - it also comes with more liquid, 4.5oz vs 3.1 from Equate. Very effective in hydrating and flushing out my sinuses, I use it first thing when I wake up, and near the end of the night. It helps keep my nasal passages clean and clear!

I’m a regular purchaser of this two pack of SinuCleanse Nasal Mist. It’s highly effective and worth the price. However, I just opened the second of the two in the two-pack and the spray mechanism will not work. I have to throw out the unit. One blip, understandable. This was a two-pack but the first one I opened I was only able to spray it was by using both thumbs to get it to work. It then just ran out of my nose. The second one I was able to spray but again it rarely stayed in my nose. I am now using the inexpensive ones without the frou frou nozzle and it works. Sometimes cheaper is better. ... show more
